You have to get familiar with every nook and cranny of you, or the world will define you for you.How to deal with it:<ul><li>Conduct an Energy Audit. At the end of the day, sit down and ask yourself: "What energy was mine today, and what did I pick up from the timeline?" Be honest. That outrage, that anxiety, that jealousy—did it originate with you, or did you absorb it from a 30-second clip? Differentiating is the first step to reclaiming your own space.</li><li>Journal the Uncomfortable Questions. Don't just write about what you did. Ask the real shit. "Where am I performing for an audience that doesn't even care?" "What truth am I avoiding?" "If I knew no one would see it, what would I create/say/do?" This is the unglamorous work, the kind that actually builds you up from the inside.</li><li>Anchor in Your Blueprint. Go look at your birth chart. Seriously. Your chart is your core operating system. The internet is just an app. Don't confuse the two. It might be the most powerful move you can make. The algorithm doesn’t own you. Your peace is worth more than its approval. Sometimes the most self-loving thing you can do is the unglamorous shit, like saying ‘no’ to the scroll because you know it sops up your energy faster than a biscuit sops up gravy.How to deal with it:<ul><li>Schedule a 24-Hour Power Down. Put it in your calendar like an appointment you can’t miss. This isn't a punishment; it's a power move. It's you telling the machine, "Not today." You're not available on demand to whomever or whatever requests your energy. Watch how your nervous system thanks you.</li><li>Curate Your Feed Ruthlessly. Your timeline is your energetic living room. Who are you letting in? If an account makes you feel less-than, insecure, or just plain drained—mute, unfollow, or block. You don't owe anyone your attention. It's not petty; it's powerful. It's about treating your energy as the valuable resource it is.</li><li>Replace the Scroll. Don't just leave a void where the habit was. Replace it. When you get the urge to scroll, pick up a book. Put on an album—a whole album—and just listen. Go outside and look at the sky. Go laugh with a friend until your stomach hurts. Take a walk without documenting it. Put your phone down and just be in your body. Remember that you are a whole human being outside of that screen. Your energy is valuable—where are you spending it?How to deal with it:<ul><li>Go on a 'Proof of Life' Mission. Every single day, do one thing that cannot be posted, that you can't take a picture of, that you experience purely for yourself. Feel the sun on your skin. Savor a meal without your phone on the table. Have a conversation where you're just listening, not thinking about how you'll recount it later.</li><li>Schedule Real, Tangible Connection. Look at your calendar and put a coffee date on the books. Call someone you love—don't text, call them. Hearing a voice is different. The exchange is different. True connection happens in real-time, not in the comment section.</li><li>Get Embodied. Your body is your anchor to reality; the internet is designed to make you forget you have one. Stretch for five minutes. Walk barefoot in the grass. Cook a meal and pay attention to the smells and textures.
